Thank you for sharing your family Christmas album with us! There must be so many happy memories behind those smiling faces.
ReplyDeleteThere sure are Liz. Just looking at them makes me smile. I hope your family memories do the same.

Lovely album of Christmas memories.
ReplyDeleteMy Dad took the same photos and movies every year.. it’s fun to see the differences. Every year us kids coming down the stairs wearing the pajamas our grandmother gave us the year before, then later opening the gift of new pajamas from our grandmother! What a hoot!
Thanks. How incredibly wonderful to have movies from your childhood. I love photos, but I especially treasure movies from the past. Somehow seeing those we loved who are no longer with us in a movie, brings them back to life. I would sit down with you and watch all your movies.
DeleteHappy New Year.
Christmas pasts and present - I just loved the tinsel look - I don't really see that anymore. Enjoyed your post!
ReplyDeleteYou're right, we don't see tinsel anymore. Can you even still purchase it?

Great post idea. Hope you had a great holiday time.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I had a very enjoyable, happy holiday. I hope you did also.
DeleteWhat wonderful collection of Christmas family photos - I particularly liked the first one of your grandparents and great grandparents. Sadly I have nothing similar at all. I think for my family cameras were for summer, outdoor use only and they must not have had flash.
ReplyDeleteSue - Sorry to hear that. My family on both sides took a LOT of photos. The fact that I have a few hundred makes me wonder about all those that have been lost over the years. My grand aunts must have had a collection and various cousins too. However, I am eternally grateful for what I do have and I cherish them all.
DeleteHappy New Year to you and yours.
Merry Christmas! Great family photos
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and Happy New Year back atcha.
