PHOTO FRIDAY ~ Lake Orion, Michigan–My grandparents & their friends

I have a collection of photos from my paternal grandmother, Marie Lindsay Gould.  Most have been identified.  However, there are various group photos in which I have been unable to identify some or most of the people.
 
This particular envelope had the following writing on it.  It was my grandmother’s writing:

“Lake Orion – Gould, Pickard, Janes, Webers, Schuffler families.”

If you can help me identify any of the people I don’t know, I’d love to hear from you.

Back row far left is my grandfather, Harry W. Gould, third from left is Fred Pickard, next to him is my grandmother, Marie Lindsay Gould.  In the front row the little boy second from the left is my father, Harry Norman Gould.  WHO IS EVERYONE ELSE?

Back row fourth from the left is my grandmother, Marie Lindsay Gould, next to her is Fred Pickard - ALL THE OTHERS ARE UNIDENTIFIED - CAN YOU HELP?

PHOTO FRIDAY ~ Can you help me identify this man?

UNIDENTIFIED MAN

This is a picture shared with me by a cousin.  She found it amongst photos that her mother, Jane, has.  The only thing written on the back is “Scotland.”  Jane is my 1st cousin once removed, on the Milne side of the family.

I know it’s a bit blurry, but in trying to read the printed words on the bottom I see ___Margie? on the lower left.  On the lower right corner I’m fairly certain it says Aberdeen.  What do you think?
UPDATE - Thanks to comments by readers, I now know that the photographer's name on the lower left is J. Hardie.  I have an address of his business in Aberdeen and the years he was in business.

Note:  I am trying to get my cousin to send me a picture or scan of the back of the photograph.

Since we have lots of family on my maternal side, from Aberdeen, this would make sense.  But, who is this man?

My great grandfather, Andrew Charles Milne was born in Aboyne, Aberdeen, Scotland on 8 Feb 1856.  He came to the United States via Canada in about 1868, with his sister Mary E. Milne.  Both of them eventually settled in Michigan.  Andrew is in Detroit by 1877 and in 1880 he marries Susan Anne Gillespie.  They have four children, 2 of whom died young.  Of the two that survived, Joseph Albert Milne and Irene Marie Milne, both married and had children.  Joseph is my grandfather.

Andrew died of Consumption at the young age of 36, on 8 Dec 1892.

I guess my question is, could that photograph of the unidentified man be a member of Andrew’s family?  A father, brother, cousin, in-law?

PHOTO FRIDAY ~ Who is this cute little baby? My Mom?

I’ve had this picture for many years.  It’s always been with the group of pictures I got from my maternal grandmother.  There are no identifying names or dates or photo studio names on this photo.  On the reverse side of the picture is a hand written number, 6041.  That same number is on the upper right corner of the frame.
 
I don’t have any pictures of my mother when she was that young.  The earliest photos I have of her are from about age 2.  She had two older sisters and a brother.  The oldest sister, Dorothy Irene Milne, died before my mother was born and I know this is not her, as I have baby pictures of her and this is not that baby.  I don’t think it could be my Mom’s other sister, Joan Esther Milne, because of the facial features.  I know it’s not her brother, Robert Andrew Milne, because he looks totally different in his baby pictures.  So, is it my mother?
 
We can’t just say “this is a picture of whoever” without knowing for sure, or having some kind of evidence.  That’s my conundrum right now.

A little background info:  My mother was born in 1924, so this picture dates to that time if it is her.  Her siblings were born in 1907, 1909 and 1915.
   
I am going to share other pictures of my Mom at various ages, below, and allow you to chime in with your comments and conclusions.
 

1926-my Mom is in the middle, about age 2.  Her sister, Joan on the left and their mother on the right	My Mom - age 3-4

My Mom always had that cute little turned up nose. She had brown hair and brown eyes.  Of course, most caucasian babies are born with light eyes that change later on.
